YUV is just another way of encoding RGB which at 32-bit or 10 bit per color is the equivalent of YUV 4:4:4

you can decode it by taking the 3rd power of 4 by multiplying it to 4 bytes and diving it to the matrix of (4:4:4).
the equivalent of PAL to NTSC.
